Solderless conductor connection to pin terminal - uses bored fastening element inserted on terminal pin

The solderless connection is provided between a conductor and a terminal pin, e.g. for plug connectors, terminal strips etc. A fastening element (4) with a through bore (5) is inserted on the terminal pin (1). The element has at least one sprung, or deformable part which surrounds the conductor (3) extending across the terminal pin. The sprung part force presses the conductor against the terminal pin. Preferably this part is clamped to the terminal pin. The fastening element may have a recess and a hooked protrusion engaging this recess. In this manner the fastening elements can be positively stacked. The fastening element may be of U cross section, the bore (5) being formed in the middle of its transverse part.
