Underground mine monorail track rail suspension - has swinging two armed lever rocker linked to coupling element with abutments

In the system of rail suspension, for overhead monorail tracks used in underground mining operatons, a coupling element is fitted to a rail, or two adjacent rails, for attachment of one or more traction media. A rocker (10), in the form of a two-armed lever, is linked to the coupling element (4), by means of a bearing (6) which pref. has an oscillation modifying effect, and so that it has a limited swinging movement. At the end of each lever there is a fixture abutment for the traction medium concerned (13, 14). There may be a further abutment for a traction medium (15) in the centre above the bearing, which may be bolt-shaped and aligned in a horizontal plane.
