The current supply installation for auxiliary equipment such as electric sound simulators which are part of electric toy and model railways operating with batteries and a circuit apparatus operated through the voltage. With low voltage the battery (2) and with high voltage the appratus connected to the current voltage are solely responsible for the current supply of the auxiliary equipment. The supply installation is also equipped with a regulator system (D) which automatically switches from battery to mains operation in accordance with the voltage used for the railway operation.
