Domestic water purifier with microporous filter pots - made of ceramic and filled with activated carbon

A domestic water purifier to sterilise water consists of a housing with a cover to which two microporous ceramic hollow cylinders are fixed with their open ends. These cylinders are filled with activated carbon and they communicate through central pipes with a domed cap. The latter sesled on its periphery against the cover and carries a faucet for purified water. This filters any microorganism by the porous ceramic. The activated carbon removes odours or chlorine taste. This purifier combines a high capacity with small overall dimensions.
