The prefabricated anchoring elements is esp suitable for use with prefabricated wall elements in industrialised house building construction, the wall elements being attached to anchor components concreted in intervals. The anchor elements (5) are all in the form of hollow reinforced concrete blocks, with the continuous hollow space (51) inside it wider in cross-section towards the bottom end than towards the top end. A cage-shaped reinforcement (7) is cast into the hollow block round the hollow space. Reinforcing arms (73) extend from the element's concrete mass into the space provided for the concrete mass of the cellar ceiling (11, 12). The projecting arms on any anchor element may run parallel, or may intersect each other.
