Mining filter with perforated dust extractor slide valve - which adds agglomerating agents to dust according to nature of dust

Mining filter comprises a perforated slide valve for discharge of dust, with a metering device which adds agglomerating agents e.g. salts or liquids to the dust to be discharged according to the nature of the dust. Device includes a conveyor e.G. raker-type chain conveyor, a dry cloth filter separator, a traction and lifting cylinder for the slide valve which has upper and lower stationary sealing surfaces, and non-stationary sealing surfaces which drawn in between the stationary sealing surfaces by movement of the cylinder, to allow discharge of dust through the perforated slide plate. By adding agglomerating agents to the dust to be discharged, the dust is capable of greater adhesion to the conveyor.
