Fail safe vehicle identification code - uses black box transmitter with coded output to match licence plate coding

The vehicle is fitted with a black box master control circuit linked to the electric system. The box transmits a coded message by radio or laser with the code identifying the vehicle w.r.t. licence plates, chassis number etc. It enables the police to check the details and identify stolen vehicles. The black box is in a tamper proof mounting and is supplied with external power as well as internal, rechargeable batteries. If it is removed then the absence of a coded signal will also attract the attention of the police. Transfer of licence plates is easily identified by the police.
