Foot roller support for prone exercising - has bracket enclosing foot with ball in cup at toe

The roller foot support is used for prone exercise and training. Each foot is provided with a spherical roller which is located inside a mounting frame. By attaching the roller frame to each foot, a roller is placed directly in front of the toes. When the person with the rollers is doing the exercises the weight is equally carried by the hands and the two foot rollers. Due to the low frictional resistance of the foot rollers, it is possible to slide the feet evenly over the floor, in any direction required. The legs and feet muscles are thus uniformly exercised.
