Demonstration measurement device for sinusoidal signals - is for continuously variable frequency enabling instantaneous voltage measurement

A demonstration measurement device is designed to electrically sense a measurement signal by continuously scanning its phase so that the instantaneous voltage at each phase point can be measured with a direct voltage instrument. The sensing process converts the measured signal in an output signal of any low frequency including zero Hertz, and is thus suitable for use with sinusoidal measurement signals of any continuously selectable frequency. A revolution counter on the device records the measurement values recorded by the device. for each setting of the counter the measurement value from the device agrees with the simultaneously recorded value from the counter. The device uses a pulse generator producing a pulse at a defined point of rotation of a shaft which is continuously manually variable.
