Glass porch roof component set - has frameless holed prestressed panel and thread holed metal arms with brackets

The set of components for a porch roof made of glass is to facilitate the use of glass panels needing min. metal component support. The metal components are of the same size and can be readily adapted to porch roofs of widely varying dimensions. Use is made of a frameless panel (1) of prestressed silicate glass, with holes (3) through it. There are two carrier arms (2), with brackets (4), for the glass panel, for fixture to the masonry. On the bearing side these arms are fitted with threaded holes for fixing the glass panel. Each arm may comprise one drawn or extruded section, for load carrying, connected to the bracket, and another for screwing onto the first, joining with it to form a clamping groove along the underside.
