Aerial practice target drag sleeve - has central sound receiver sensing passing ground fired projectiles

The aerial firing practice target is a sack towed by an aircraft. This target carries a sound reciver for pressure waves generated by passing projectiles. The noise signals received are analysed for evaluating the projectile flight path error. The projectile path errors are evaluated correctly. The sound receiver is installed within the trailing sack preferably into the target centre of the sack. This receiver is accessible by an opening in the sack which can be closed. The sound receiver is connected by coaxial cable (7) to a trailing cable (1) or to an adapter (3).
