Supported reinforced concrete ceiling slab - has layered concrete end support reinforcement for lattice girder lower chords

The reinforced-concrete ceiling slab is for floor-ceiling structures on supports. It incorporates one or more beams set into the concrete, with at least one upper and lower chord interconnected by diagonal bars. The upper chord is carried along outside the slab which has a steel mesh. In the area of the last diagonal bar connection in front of the point of support, the beam's (1) lower chord (2) is supported by a reinforcing system which embraces layers of concrete lying above this chord. This supporting reinforcement may be corrugated transversely to the steel beam, with depressions (4) allotted to the lower chord, or chords, and with apexes extending up to the surface of the slab (5), or protruding beyond it. The supporting reinforcement may be made of strip steel, or made up from one or more steel bars.
