Regulating arrangement for axial piston pumps and/or axial piston motors fitted with a rotating housing with several cylinders arranged in ring shape for the axial pistons. Pistons are supported by a pillar the angle position of which in relation to the housing may be varied in order to adjust the power stroke by swivelling of the pillar or of the housing around a swivel axis. The inner turning momentum is initiated either by the axial piston (27) in the swash plate (21) or the swivelling housing, or by at least one auxiliary piston and is directly dependent on the swivel angle of the swash plate (21).
