Stentor frame assembly - has the fixed anchor point for the stentor chains at the fabric entry to allow stretch along line of fabric travel

The stentor frame has two sepd. continuous stretching chains to stretch out the fabric between them, with a combined feed and smoothing unit to present the material and secure it to the stentor hooks. The gap between the last guide roller of the combined feed/smoothing unit and the guide roller for the stentor chain or hook attachment unit is constant. The fixed point of the stentor chains is at the entry zone of the fabric into the stentor. As the stentor chains are fixed at the point where the fabric enters, any stretch is directed along the line of fabric travel to its outlet from the stentor. As the stentor frame can have a length of 20-40m, any thermal expansion effects are accommodated more easily.
