An electromagnet coil assembly is for hydraulic electromagnet valves. It is particularly for valves in washing, spin-dry and other domestic machines, the assembly comprising a coil body, windings, magnet yoke, contact connections and magnetic sockets cast in a block, this block being fitted firmly to the housing of the electromagnet valve. The connection contacts (13, 14) are arranged parallel to the axis of the coil body (12), and the guide socket (9), made of non-magnetic material, is inserted in both magnet sockets (15). The connection contacts (13) for the coil (11) is fitted to the flange (12A) of the coil body (12), the earth connection contact (14) being, however, electrically connected to the yoke.
