Self adjusting lubricator for ball bearings - has lubricant storage chamber and orifices to supply bearings with exact quantity

The two outer races of ball bearings on a rotor are connected by a tube. The lubricant is stored in a chamber round the rotor which has one or more orifices leading into a connecting chamber is packed with a porous material. Centrifical force from the revolving rotor will push the lubricant through the orifices into the porous material, and feed the bearings only when they are revolving. The higher the speed the greater the centrifical force governing the flow of lubricant. The bearing temp. will alter the viscosity of the lubricant allowing more or less lubricant to flow.
