Emergency flow actuator for cooling regulators - has stepped channel with spring in narrow section and safety fuse in wide section

Emergency flow actuator for passing of operating fluid to automatic cooling regulators, especially for combustion engines, where the flow of the operating fluid controls a valve plunger which is operated by a temperature sensor. A cylindrical channel is formed, step-shaped, between the feed line and the exit line. In the narrow section of this channel, which opens into a recess in the valve housing at the height of the radial orifice in the valve core, is a spring. In the wide section of the channel, which is cut off by a seal, a safety fuse is fitted so that it covers the aperture of an exit channel which connects the cylindrical channel with the exit line. Further, in the cylindrical channel a chamber is formed for displacement of the safety fuse.
