The threshold circuit output voltage is fed back to the integrator with such polarity, that when the integrator output voltage exceeds an upper threshold, it decreases, and when it falls below a lower threshold, it increases. The device comprises further a demodulator with an amplifier with tripping behaviour and a filter. Similar transmission means are inserted between the modulator threshold stage output and modulator integrator input on one hand, and the demodulator input on the other. Primary winding of a transformer with two secondary windings is connected to the threshold circuit. One of them controls the integrator, and the other the demodulator.
