Securing railway lines to sleepers - using clamping plate covered by elastic cross element held by edge flange engaging behind plate

At least one flexible tensing clamping plate has a hole to take the shaft of a tensioning element. The clamping plate is covered by an elastic cross element which is vertical to the general direction of securing. The hollow side of the cross element is curved longitudinally in the direction of the clamping plate and its ends are held by the edge os the clamping plate. The cross element is a plate and there is at least one edge flange on it to engage behind the opposite edge of at least one clamping plate. Preferably the edge flange has a turned in lower edge.
