Each girder is formed on a parallel piped-shaped concrete block in which are embedded lengthwise reinforcement-bars. Spaced apart inside the block are also bars with free ends projecting beyond the top surface of the girder. A layer of insulating material such as polystyrene is applied to the underneath surface of the girder; and a piece of wood rests against the free surface of the layer. The polystyrene layer and the wooden piece are fixed to the girder with nails which have side-protuberances.
