In Fig. 2, the point 13 of intersection of the axes of socket portions 121 with the common axis of socket portions 11 lies in a solid part of the body of minimum diameter. In Fig. 3, a continuous hollow region interconnects the socket portions 11 and the intersection point 14 lies in this hollow region. In a further embodiment (Fig. 4, not shown) the hollow region of Fig. 3 also extends to the socket portions 121 and the body is composed of two castings welded together in the region of minimum diameter.
