Detachable shirt collar and cuff fixing system - uses hooked pile fastener with respective parts on shirt and detachable part

The system for fixing detachable collars and cuffs to shirts employs Velcro (RTM) bands. The opposing surfaces of the joint are fitted 'astrakhan and hooked' surfaces respectively. In the case of shirt collars, a band of soft surface 'astrakhan velcro' (RTM) (A) may be provided around the neck opening and a band of hooked 'velcro' (RTM) (B) is provided on the detachable collar. A similar arrangement may apply for the attachment of shirt cuffs.
