The mobile tool chest has a lower rack and a drawer which is able to be opened in both forward and rearward directions. It has an upper frame and collapsible cover which can be adapted to be used as a mask surface with a rotating vice attached to one end. The drawer is mounted on roller bearings to facilitate ease of movement when full of tools and has fold-away handles on its front and back walls. Two stops are positioned on its side wall grooves to prevent the drawer inadvertently being pulled out of its runners. Two clip locks prevent movement of the drawer during transportation.
