The chambe is for use in conjunction with a collector pouch connected to its lower end, and is made of flexible or semi-rigid material, incorporating a drip drain tube extending towards the bottom. Filter material forms a vent to atmosphere in the chamber, at the same level or higher than the lower end of the drip tube, and there is an air trap in the chamber above the filtering material. The vent can extend round the circumference, being covered with filter material, which typically can be a sheet of porous plastic.
