The artificial bait for cast-fishing consists of a flat piece (1) with a hole (1a) in for fixing the end of the fishing line, and hooks (2). Immediately behind the tip of the bait is an annular part (3) fixed to the flat plate (1) so that they have the same axis. The annual part (3) froms a stator for a turbine (4) loosely mounted on an axle (5). At the back of the turbine, the flat piece (1) has a series of holes (1b) in which are staggered in a lengthwise direction, and through which are threaded two strands of a tape (7). The tape is knotted (7a) and their free ends (7b) look like a fish tail.
