Storage unit with inclinable adjustable shelves - able to adopt horizontal, vertical or inclined positions via pins in shelf edge grooves

The multi-purpose furniture piece storage unit may be used to store shoes, folded fresh linen or soiled linen, and has shelves which may be deployed at different angles to the horizontal. The shelves may be located in their alternative positions by wall pins (11, 12) engaging grooves (13) in lateral shelf edges. The unit may have a fixed substructure of two side walls (1), a base panel (4), a cover panel (3) and a back wall panel (2). Three shelves (5, 6, 7) may be inc. and may be positioned horizontally or at an angle to the horizontal and falling toward the back wall. A further alternative shelf arrangement has the top and bottom shelves (5, 7) approx. vertical forming two bins with the intermediate horizontal shelf (6) and the base panel (4) resp. Alternative pin holes (10, 8) obtain the alternative shelf inclinations and retention pegs (9) supplement the bin arrangements.
