Immunological antibradykinin antiinflammatory agents - comprising bradykinin coupled to a protein

The agents can be prepd. from a reagent obtd. by (a) reacting bradykinin with a diazotisable amine or amino acid (pref. aromatic) or (b) synthesing a bradykinin deriv. contg. a diazotisable amino gp. This reagent is disazotised by treating with HNO2 and the resulting diazonium salt is reached with excess gamma-globulin or albumin at pH 8-9. When administered by injection, the agents induce the formation of antibradykinin antibodies, and can thus be used for the prophylaxis of bronchoconstriction, asthmatic dyspnoea and increased capillary permeability induced by bradykinin.
