The automatic parachute opening equipment has a compressed-air bottle which, once opened, inflates small-diameter air chambers, and forces the parachute to open. The bottle can contain air or any other gas, being of steel and of any design currently in production. The bottle can be opened by a handle, a ventral grip with rip cord or any other suitable manual and mechanical system. Alternatively a time delay device can be used. The air supply hoses and the chambers can be of flexible rubber or any other suitable material. Any mounting sheaths can be of strong cloth as used for parachute manufacture.
