The additional roof cover for cars improves body aerodynamics. The additional cover (1) has a central part (2) with an aerodynamic profile. With the roof this cover forms a cavity. The sides of the central part (2) are extended to form clamps (5). The clamps are shaped to harmonise with the side parts of the car roof, against which they press. The additional cover is fixed to the vehicle by four bolts (6) (two per side). The bolts go through the clamps (5) and holes in the car body. The front and rear of the cover are clear of the roof to allow a free flow of air over the roof and under it.
