PURPOSE:To provide a measuring instrument for a sewage treatment plant with activated sludge, which can prevent a bulking phenomenon from occurring in advance and measure highly reliable sludge state by constructing to estimate the dissociation constant or the like of the activated sludge which cannot be actually measured directly.
