PURPOSE:To remove the factor for lowering the denitration rate and, besides, to remove accumulating Cl-, by performing the electrodialysis, etc. for the greater part of the solution after SOx and NOx have been absorbed in the solution containing an alkali metal hydroxide and ferrous complex of polyaminocarboxylic acid.
