Method for producing a reinforced concrete mould plate (1) has the reinforcement provided with fixtures to take subsequently grid structures, with the concrete around the reinforcement being disturbed. The reinforcement is pre-stressed, the stressing being independent of the building structure. The lengthways reinforcement rods (2, 3) are laid around and over and above the crossways rods (4). The concrete itself is rolled. The grid structures (12) are placed on the prepared mould plate in such a way that a lengthways runner lies above a number of fixtures, couplings being fitted between the fixtures and the lengthways runner (5). The fixture has a bowl-shaped component which near its base has receiving apertures for a reinforcement bar, there being a space between the base and the bar.
