摘要

The black outer surface on the drum in order to increase the capacity of the air to become laden with humidity by heat radiation. The inner drum is pref. made from a sheet of Cr-Ni steel or Cr-plated steel, of which the outer surface is blackened by chemical and/or thermal treatment or by applying a coating, pref. matt black. The sheet from which the drum is made may comprise several layers of which the outer layer is a good conductor of heat and is blackened. A higher proportion of the heat provided for evaporation of liq. reaches the clothes, and contributes to evaporation of the liq. and charging of the air with this liq.
