The pipe holder consists of a two-shell pipe clamp (12) having a clamping bolt between the two shells and two projecting shafts (15, 16) through which a clamping screw (18) passes transversely. A threaded rod (19) and an intermediate element (22) are also provided. At one end, the latter has a cylindrical plug-in journal (23) with a radially projecting collar (24) and at the other end it has a threaded bush (26), which is provided with an internal thread (25), for screwing the threaded rod (19) into.
