Multiple colour image production process - uses information images flash-illuminated in different colours and synthesised

The process, particularly for use when printing, produces from a single mother image a number of others in colour proportions, combinations and intensities which are quite distinct. Using the additive colour synthesis method, two or more information images are generated from the mother image, these being then placed successively in the same position and flash-illuminated by a colour selected from two or more primary ones. The results obtained are then synthesised. The intensity of the flash-illumination can be varied during the cycle.
