Novel derivatives of formula (I) and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. IMAGE (I) wherein R1 and R2 are the same or different and each is a lower alkyl group, or R1 and R2 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a saturated heterocyclic group optionally containing, in addition to the said nitrogen atom, a second hetero atom, a process for the preparation thereof, and their use as anti-histamine anti "H2" agents.
