ABSTRACTA process for accelerating the cure and enhancingthe ultimate strength of prefabricated masonry structuresprepared using latex modified portland cement mortar com-prising (1) utilizing a portland cement mortar containingmodifying amounts of a vinylidene chloride polymer latexand (2) substantially uniformly heating the non-cured pre-fabricated masonry structure to temperatures of from 110°Fto 210°F under less than 80 percent relative humidityfor a period of at least 4 hours.
