The curtain track has a feed-in mechanism with a fixing member (5) which secures the runners once they are inserted in the rear-cut longitudinal groove (2) of the track. This fixing member comprises a slide member (7) having a tongue-like projection pushed into the rail to engage behind the groove (2) and an eccentric member (6) which projects out of the goove and its mounted for rotation in the slide member (7). When the fixing member is in the neutral position, it can be inserted and moved freely along the rail by an expansion. When set in the clamping position, it can be pressed against the side walls (19) of the track where it forms a firm lock for the runners.
