Chemical fog for military use or plant protection

A material is made for producing chemical fog, esp. for military applications, by softening waste paper in water and using a mixer to break up the paper and form an aq. slurry, which is dried and then milled ina Chilean mill. The waste paper cellulose thus obtd. is mixed with pure fir-wood cellulose, ammonium chloride, and potassium chlorate to obtain the material required. Used in concealing military installations or troop movements. This new material is inexpensive so it can be used on a large scale in peace-time manoeuvres; it is harmless to humans and animals, and may also be used to protect plants and greenhouses.
