The dispenser consists of a rectangular column (1) which has one side the thickness of which is reduced. The thickness of this section is equal to the width of the gap between the prongs of the circlips. The column is so mounted, that there is a gap between the bottom of the column and the base plate. The width of this gap is approx. equal to the thickness of one circlip. - An 'L' shaped lever partly blocks the entry of the circlip removing tool. When this tool is pushed through the gap, one end of the lever will be pushed sideways so that the other end of the lever pushes the circlips on the tool.
