Tower with pond comprises walls, and roof mounted on a framework of planar prefactricated reinforced concrete (or other) members. The internal members are entirely T-shaped, (i.e. column and cross-beam) and the wall members entirely rectangular frames. All members are structurally pin-jointed together, without prestressing. - The advantages are simplicity and ease of erection. - A preferred construction includes intermediate plates of chloroprene polymer.
