Receiver for mobiles in public radio telephone network - selects strongest channel using four registers performing specified functions

The receiver is for use in the mobile stations of unknown location in the public radio telephone network-linked to the normal public switched network-described in the main patent and automatically searches out the strongest channel when forming a connection. The receiver contains four registers, the first of which marks all the call channel numbers and causes the receiver to be switched in turn to each call channel. The second register marks that channel with the strongest signal. The third register switches the receiver to each duplex voice channels.
