A method for laying of cable channel tubes in the arc shapes

Curved bundle of plastic tubes, e.g., cable protection tubes, consists of extruded curved standard tubes with a definite radius, and a number of curved tubes that are cold formed, and placed around the standard tubes. Enables tube bundles with a radius below 5 m. to be produced economically, as most of the tubes are cold formed. The bundles are stress-free, and easily placed in position. The cold formed curved tubes possess the same radius plus-or-minus 10% as that of the extended standard tubes.
