Combine harvester threshing drum drive - belt against cone belt pulley halves joined by tension rods

The cone belt pulley consists of fixed and sliding halves on a hollow shaft. Both halves are connected by several rigid tension rods which are mounted in ball-and-socket joints consisting of ball and bearings. One side of the tension rods, the balls are firmly fixed to the tension rods, and on the other side are adjustably attached. On the adjustable side, nuts adjust the range of movement of the tension rods, in an infinitely variable drive system.
