The prefabricated component is for incorporation into underground or above ground buildings serving as a car park structure, with facing rows of parking places, and an intervening central passage, with the component of parking space width comprising half-overlapping ceiling slabs, supporting rear wall, and further support in the longitudinal centre axis of the ceiling slab. It is this support which is here in the form of a wall panel (11), formed onto the ceiling slab (6) and rear wall (10), and in length it corresponds to the length of a parking space (3, 4). A beam (7) in continuation of this may be formed onto the ceiling slab, extending to its open end. The wall panel may incorporate a cutout for cross-ventilation.
