Curtaining fabric handling equipment - having an intermediate bar to be positioned to increase length of material within fixed equipment dimensions

An appts. is claimed for handling long lengths of fabric, such as curtainings, for measurement, marking or cutting. The material is supported at the base and at an upper clamping beam of the equipment, together with an intermediate clamping bar which can be positioned at will in the vertical plane to increase the length of fabric between the base and the clamping bar. The design increases the lengths of materials which can be handled, without increasing the dimensions of the handling equipment.
