Charge transfer filter has devices connected as loop - with configuration designed to avoid topological crosspoints

An electric wave filter for data transmission has charge transfer devices (2) combined into a closed loop (1) able to oscillate, and forming a resonator. A CTD input line (3) and a CTD output line (4) are coupled with it. Individual CTD elements have between the CTD input (3) and output (4) lines, in the propagation direction, charging capacitances (C2). The other CTD elements in the loop (1) have capacitances (C3 = C2-C1,) where (C1) is charging capacitance of at least one CTD connection line (3 or 4). Several individual resonators forming the loop (1) can be in series, forming a ring resonator.
