The counter guide is fitted in a locating bush (2) inserted in the screw plate holder (10). The bush (2), which also takes the screw plate (1), is free of load in relation to the torque to be transmitted between the plate (1) and its holder (10). The screw plate (1) is fixed against its holder (10) via load-free screws (12) which pass through the locating bush (2). The screw plate (1) has recesses (11) in its circumference into which the fixture screws (12) engage.
