Ascending pipe air separator with parallel zigzag channels - has sloping walls of rubber material between channels and common air inlet chamber

Ascending-pipe air separator comprises parallel zigzag channels (10) between which are common sloping walls (11) of rubber-like material, with a common air inlet chamber (6) at their lower ends and a common outlet chamber (7) for air and fine particles at their upper ends. Pref. each sloping wall consists of a single rubber-like strip which is fixed in a zigzag shape by webs (12, 13) mounted rigidly or detachably in the side wall. The shape of the webs may conform to the arrangement of the sloping walls at their bends. The strips can easily be assembled and dismounted by removing the side wall to which no webs are attached. Deposition on the sloping walls is prevented.
