The magnetic control circuit contains a voltage divider between the supply voltage and earth, and two resistors in series. The series connection contains also two diodes and a third resistor, the diodes being forward polarised under normal current flow through the voltage divider. The system contact breaker with its parallel capacitor is connected by its input terminal to the junction point between the first two resistors, as well as to earth. A first transistor base is connected to a junction point between the second diode and the third register. Its emitter is coupled to earth and its collector to supply voltage via a fourth resistor. The contact breaker in the ignition coil primary is formed by an electronic power switch of integrated Darlington transistor circuit.
